1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions in connection with the offer by GoCompare.com Limited trading as weflip (referred to in these terms and conditions as “weflip”) of a gift card or similar voucher which may be redeemed
at Amazon.co.uk (the “Reward”).

2. Eligibility

The Reward is open to customers of weflip who make a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below).

To make a Qualifying Purchase, a customer will need to visit www.weflip.com during a Promotion Period, and input certain information (such as name, address, current energy supplier and energy usage), run a comparison of both gas and electricity supplier tariffs and complete a dual fuel flip request of both gas and electricity supply to a new supplier. Offer is only available online.

Only customers who are residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and aged 18 and over will be eligible to receive the Reward.

Only one person per Qualifying Purchase will be eligible for the Reward. This Offer is not transferable and must not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

(each a “Promotion Period”).

Purchases made outside of a Promotion Period will not qualify for a Reward.

4. Qualifying Purchases

A purchase will be deemed a qualifying purchse where, during a Promotion Period the customer has compared and completed their first dual fuel flip request of both gas and electricity supply to a new supplier using www.weflip.com (“Qualifying Purchase”) which is not cancelled during the applicable cancellation period.

Where a customer or supplier cancels a Qualifying Purchase the customer will not be eligible for a Reward. Cancellation may occur at any point up to 120 days from the date of the Qualifying Purchase (for example, a new suppler may cancel a Qualifying
Purchase if the customer fails a credit check). Purchases made on any quotations run outside of a Promotion Period will not be included and customers must re-run the quote during a Promotion Period in order to be eligible for the Reward.

When making the Qualifying Purchase all information fields must be completed correctly and fully and any necessary information that may be requested to facilitate the customer’s dual flip of both gas and electricity supply to a new supplier provided
when requested, otherwise the Reward may be declined.

5. Verification

Customers eligible for the Reward and who have completed a Qualifying Purchase will receive an email from Giftcloud, (a trading name of Invitation Digital Limited) (“Giftcloud”) or WeGift acting on behalf of weflip, setting out the instructions
for receiving the Reward (the “Reward Email”).

Please allow up to 120 days from the date of the Qualifying Purchase to receive the Reward Email. The Reward Email will be sent to the same email address to which was used to make the Qualifying Purchase. Rewards can only be awarded if a valid email address has been provided.

6. Fulfilment

Customers eligible for the Reward and who have completed a Qualifying Purchase will receive an email from Giftcloud, (a trading name of Invitation Digital Limited) (“Giftcloud”) or WeGift acting on behalf of weflip, setting out the instructions
for receiving the Reward (the “Reward Email”).

Please allow up to 120 days from the date of the Qualifying Purchase to receive the Reward Email. The Reward Email will be sent to the same email address to which was used to make the Qualifying Purchase. Rewards can only be awarded if a valid email

7. Reward Conditions and Redemptions

Customers will have 30 days from the date that the Reward Email is sent to redeem the Reward.

Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers (including products branded as Gift Certificates) (“Gift Cards”) are subject to their own terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to check these. Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.co.uk. Redemption of Gift Cards on any affiliated website is subject to change in Amazon’s sole discretion. Purchases
are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer’s Amazon.co.uk account. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment
method. Amazon EU S.à r.l. or its affiliates may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase. To view your Gift Card balance, visit Your Account on Amazon.co.uk. No fees apply to Gift
Cards.

Weflip accepts no responsibility for any delays or failures in claiming or redeeming the Reward which are due to a system failure by Giftcloud, WeGift or a retailer, or any other factors outside of the reasonable control of weflip.

No cash or other alternative in part or in full shall be offered in lieu of the Reward. Rewards are not transferable and you are not permitted to sell your Reward. Rewards should be treated like cash and be kept securely, they cannot be replaced if
lost or stolen. Only one Reward will be delivered per person.

Rewards are subject to availability and weflip reserves the right to substitute the Reward at any time and for any reason (for something of equal or more value), or withdraw the Reward if weflip believe that the terms of the offer are
being abused in any way or where weflip is unable to verify the Qualifying Purchase.

Weflip reserves all rights to take action (including, but without limitation, legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of the weflip website or any Offer
Email.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and without notice. We recommend that you occasionally check the terms and conditions to check for changes which may affect you.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the sole discretion of the Courts of England and Wales.
